ORLANDO, Fla. — An Orlando police officer responded to a call complaining about a woman selling bouquets of flowers on the side of the road.

Instead of opening his ticket book to write her a citation, the officer, identified as James Wilson, opened his wallet.

He bought every last flower the woman had for sale so she could close up shop and go home for the day.

Someone driving by caught the interaction on video and shared it on TikTok.
