In something that some fans and haters have been waiting for, ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ is now ending. I know some of you are already shouting hallelujah back there. Some will cry, and others won’t give a f****.
In an Instagram post dated September 8, 2020, Kim Kardashian has announced that her family’s reality show that has been going on for roughly 14 years and 20 seasons in that started since October 2007, will soon be over after their last season starts airing in early 2021.
Yeah, that post up there about sums it up.
From leaked sex tapes to being famous for doing nothing, and being nothing – the focus has always been about a family of people some have called entrepreneurs, hedonists, crazy, self-absorbed, fashionistas, and “it” girls.
Whatever “it” it might be: and it includes accomplishments from leaked sex tapes, reality show queens, social media “darlings”, make up endorsements from lip kits, and other feminine wear.
They’ve also sometimes cornered the market on social media drama, controversies, and a sex change on Bruce Jenner’s part that he’s now Caitlyn Jenner.
According to E! networks in a statement: ‘E! has been the home and extended family to the Kardashian-Jenners for what will be 14 years, featuring the lives of this empowering family.’
‘Along with all of you, we have enjoyed following the intimate moments the family so bravely shared by letting us into their daily lives.’
‘While it has been an absolute privilege and we will miss them wholeheartedly, we respect the family’s decision to live their lives without our cameras. It is not our final goodbye yet, we are excited to have the new season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians launching on September 17 with the final season airing in 2021.
Well, as one of those that never even saw one episode of their show, it’s probably for the best.
